Purchased a 52XBR6. During the "required" confirmation call back I found out that the shipping price quoted online was not accurate. It also does not say anything about a 3% insurance fee for ground shipping. Customer support tried to be friendly and threw in a free HDMI cable and discounts to all the stuff they tried to sell you during the call.There was no notification of when or where the item will ship. The dispatcher from the trucking company calls you the day before to arrange for a delivery. The delivery was only curb-side and they will not walk a step to bring it to your house. Overall, this was not a very comforting experience outside of the tv price.PROS: Low price.CONS: Site displayed inaccurate information."Required" confirmation call back to hear all the accessory sale pitches.None of the items pitched are priced accurately. They can knock off a big % if you ask for it.Lack of notification on when and where the item will ship.

Info was clear, screens not over crowded with stuff, confirmation realy clear. Unable to track shipping had to call 2x, that was not made clear.

Ordering process went mostly smoothly and email confirmation was sent right away. All terms were clearly spelled out. Even though shipping was charged for the large LCD TV ordered, total cost was still the lowest I could find. Shipping cost in the shopping cart was half of the cost specified in the terms, that\s great but there was no explanation provided why. Some minor complaints: 1) Was not able to determine warehouse location(s) - I like to order from geographically closest vendor to minimize shipping transit time. 2) The credit card entry screen needs some work - it kept asking me to \"check my card number\". Turned out my card number was OK, but the Exp. date format was not specified - took a few tries before I finally hit on the correct format and it went thru. The correct format was Month spelled out/Year - relatively unusual.

I just placed my order and will be very pleased if everything goes through smoothly. Very good deals.Got my product faster than I expected. Came in perfect condition and am very pleased with it. I highly recommend Dealcost.com. Great deals and good people to deal with.

I purchased a SAMSUNG LN-52A650 52" TV. It was a very easy purchase and the representative was very helpful, the price was right and the delivery was fast and easy. I will be using the website again to do more purchases.

No one researches and takes there time buying a LCD TV with a online retail store more then me.I spend 3 months looking at TVs and calling places online to find the best price and customer service.I purchaed my Samsung 850 series LCD at Dealcost.com. I couldnt of been more happier. Morris went out of way to take his time on the phone with me to talk and answer everything. He put a package together that was in my price range and not only matched competitors but beat them!!! In two days, they did a follow up call to check up and let me know everything is ready to ship out on time. I spoke with a supervisor (Jerry) and explained that i needed the TV before the DEC 14th and with no questions,He went out of his way to make sure that TV will be here either on time or early!I cant wait for TV.The bottom line is this place works first class with customer service as well as prices!! I GIVE THIS COMPANY 10 ********** IF I COULD!!!!! IF YOUR GETTING READY FOR CYBER MONDAY,GO TO DEALCOST.COM!!!!

I received excellent service. Customer service was very friendly and responsive to all my questions. Offered good advice on accessories needed, warranty information and service agreements available. LCD TV arrived in perfect condition. I would highly recommend this company to anyone and will gladly shop with them again.

Assuming my order comes in good condition, with notice so I can be home for its arrival, and on time (2-4 weeks is fine), I\ll be very please and will order from this site again.
