This seller really went all the way and I am very happy with the transaction. I didnt receive my auto reply email with my information at first but when I called they said they were sorry, they thanked me for letting them know, they said they would look into it and they got me my product when I expected I would based on what I paid for shipping. A great Seller all around

Shipping charges on Pricegrabber did not match the shipping charges on the vendor site. Shipping terms (lead time) was not on the Pricegrabber of the vendor web-site. I contacted the vendor who clarified the delivery lead time and confirmed they would honour the lower shipping rate.

Placed order online for a notebook computer. Tried to have it shiped to my work because I would not be at home to accept the package. I had my credit company add my work address as a seconday address. LIBI would not call to verify the address. So i had my credit card company change my shipping address to be my primary address. LIBI then stated they would not process the transaction because it sounded like fraud. The only way to receive my computer would be to wire them money. Order CXLD
