    Easy to work with. Had delivered to work instead of home; they emailed and said billing address didnt match for CC. I confirmed and faxed and they Shipped. THanks for the great monitor. It was over thanksgiving and still received in about a week.

    I spent a weekend fretting that the unit didnt work. But instead, Im the idiot that didnt know how to turn it on. The unit had no paperwork or instructions (refurb). Monitor has a touch sensitive on/off switch which is not obvious on the front. But it all ended well, unit works and Im clued in.

    dont really know at this point in time. However, it would have been good business practice to inform me at the time I placed my first order that Canadians werent serviced thru the internet ordering process, so that I didnt haveto query 2 weeks after my order was placed to find out that it hadnt been completed, because it was a Canadian order. Right?If I had known, I would have had it shipped to my US adress, as I have done this time. Right?Not only the above, but! do you realise that this is the second one of these youve sent to me????Are you the same firm??? (micro)This order was never fulfilled due to radical lack of communication in explicit terms...DuH!
